Functional aesthetic rehabilitation in the upper and lower jaws required the production of crowns and scales of complete ceramics. The functional restoration of the lower left side by the repositioning of teeth 32-33 was achieved by making a crown of complete ceramics. The tooth function also dictated the aesthetic aspect of the upper teeth, but in spite of the complex situation, a harmonious smile was achieved with a satisfying function.
