The patient in this case wanted complete individuality and retention of the existing character with minimal corrections.
We concluded that it is enough to prosthetically correct only the first four teeth in the upper jaw to achieve the appropriate and required result.
We were able to solve this case by individually layering nonmetal ceramics, considering that the case needed to be completely individualized and fitted into the existing dental string.
